I can’t recommend this company enough
I can’t recommend this company enough, the end result was even better than we were expecting. The work started just before lockdown and the men were very courteous and understanding of my need to shield. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and was actually cheaper than the original quote, due to some innovations that happened between the original quote and work starting, This reduction was given to me even though I wouldn’t have been aware of the difference. I think this speaks volumes of the integrity of the company.

Quality carpentry, professionally delivered by pleasant people and a fair price
From the outset, Briggs Products presented and delivered a first-rate service. Their initial site survey was timely, efficient and thorough. The task, to remove and rebuild in oak a bespoke staircase and matching gallery, was clearly articulated, along with various options, and the price was fair. The carpenters, Mike and Neil, were totally professional and worked with energy and skill. They were respectful and polite at all times and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. The site was left clean and tidy, with safe access to the first floor, at the end of each day. The workmanship was good and we are delighted with the results. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Briggs Products; I would certainly use them again.
A great service from quote to completion
A great service from quote to completion, we had our old dated staircase re-clad in oak with glass panel inserts. The finished product surpassed all our expectations and was really good value, the workmen were really professional and Peter kept us updated as there was a slight delay with the glass panels due to Covid 19, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Peter and the team were extremely professional throughout and the work is of a high standard. We are very happy with the look of of our new staircase and as a main focus when you enter the house it gets a lot of positive comments from people visiting.
